The water services that last blog was started by Triple-S research leader Stef Smits. The blog was then opened up to Triple-S staff in Ghana, Uganda, and The Netherlands—and eventually beyond Triple-S staff to other IRC and non-IRC people who struggle with providing sustainable water services.
